property management, financial reporting, construction supervision, and
superior client relations and customer service. We build long-term client
relationships by providing services at the highest level of professionalism
and integrity. The Executive Team members have combined experience of over
50 years in commercial real estate.
Steven Sessions

Steven Sessions is widely considered one of the leading property management
experts. For two decades, Steve has had the privilege of working with
prominent real estate firms and their clients on a wide range of managerial
and strategic issues.
Steven is both a scholar and instructor with great abilities to teach,
motivate, and encourage by example and word. He understands the intellect
and the pursuit of new ideas and is never hesitant to share what he has
learned.
Steven holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Denver and a
Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University. In addition,
Steven acquired the RPA designation from BOMA and was past president of the
Denver chapter. Steve is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University
of Denver Franklin School of Real Estate & Construction Management/Daniels
School of Business.
Steven has a proven track record of community service and is a frequent
instructor, moderator, writer, and seminar speaker with BOMA, IREM, AFEC,
and various national real estate companies throughout the United States.
Steven is married to Debbie Sessions, and they are the parents of 5 children
and three beautiful grandchildren and one on the way! To ensure that he is
around to enjoy his family, Steve has implemented a stringent exercise
program - walking a minimum of 9 holes on the golf course and riding in the
cart for the other 9 holes!

Kade Sessions

Developer • Responsibility Since 2005, Kade Sessions has been President & CEO of The Sessions Group
overseeing all management and leasing activities of our managed portfolio.
Kade spearheads the growth and development of the company and provides
strategic direction and initiative. He is actively involved in the review
of all properties, annual budgets, monthly accounts receivable and other
owner aspects of the properties being managed.
Kade's main focus are the properties along the Santa Fe and Broadway
corridor where he represents landlords and tenants of industrial, office and
retail properties.
Kade has a passion for life, family, principles, personal health, and
business. There is nothing so powerful in life, family and business as
actually having principles that you hold on to and live passionately. That
is the key to Kade's success and happiness. He lives a life based on
principle, fairness, opportunity, service and kindness. Kade has a great
sense of humor and has the keen ability to develop and maintain great
relationships. Kade really enjoys playing golf, riding dirt bikes, shooting
photography, clay pigeons, snowboarding, and fly fishing with family,
clients, tenants and personal friends.

Jack Schmidt

Jack has the very best people skills in the business! Known for his famous
brownies and sweets, Jack never misses a birthday or special event and knows
just how to make our tenants and contractors feel special and appreciated.
Jack also provides a significant contribution with regard to his leasing
expertise and his enthusiastic approach towards landlord representation.
Jack also works closely with our vendors to ensure that we always receive
first class priority service at the most competitive price. Jack is a very
accomplished athlete, playing baseball at the University of Colorado in his
previous life, then switching to golf where he has made more five foot putts
under pressure than Tiger Woods! There is no choke with Jack when he is on
the links or at the office.
