Menu engineering may sound complicated, but it's not. Here are the easy steps to get started:

Step 1: email us your menu/website at info@davidadjeycuisine.com
Step 2: state what your vision is for the restaurant - a few quick words here, nothing complicated
Step 3: what are your expectations, wish list, of creating a new menu and/or restaurant concept with Chef David Adjey
Step 4: what is your time line, ASAP or in three months, etc
Step 5: wait for a quote and conversation from David, personally. All requests are kept confidential from request to execution. We request the same respect. Thank you.

If there's anything I've learned in my 27 years experience in the restaurant business, is that no one is an expert but some know more than others.
